Nathan Diaz
Nathan is the Managing Director/Founder of Canient Search Partners (CSP). Nathan brings more than 15 years of executive recruiting experience where he had the opportunity to work for two of the largest and most successful executive search and staffing firms in North America. It was through that experience where he gained a thorough understanding of the search process.
He oversees a successful healthcare practice consisting of some of the most reputable hospital systems, healthcare facilities, long term care centers, and out patient clinics in the U.S. With Nathan having hands-on experience working as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, has earned him great credibility while working with both clients and candidates. Clients and candidates alike appreciate he is able to understand the clinical terminology aspects of the job as well as the key issues that affect the department and facility. Nathan is responsible for client development, search process facilitation, and recruitment.
Marcus Carrales
Marcus is the Managing Partner of Canient Search Partners (CSP). Marcus brings more than a decade of executive and IT recruiting experience where he had the opportunity to work for the 2nd largest US IT staffing firm. It was through that experience where he gained a thorough understanding for the recruiting and client development process to provide a ‘value add’ approach and delivery model for our customers.
Jennifer Diaz
Jennifer is a co-founder of Canient Search Partners. She serves as the Operations Manager along with assisting with recruiting efforts on large projects. Jennifer handles much of the research and internal business operations to support the CSP team. Research is of utmost importance in the industry to ensure a proper fit between candidate and client. Prior to joining CSP, Jennifer successfully owned and operated The Pooch Pad, a Luxury Pet Resort. She has shown a successful track record for business operations, accounting, and organizational structure.
