As you are aware, recruiting and staffing a hospital facility always presents challenges, regardless of which specialty filed you are recruiting! Although the Longview community and surrounding area consists of a very strong, diverse population, sometimes the availability of skilled specialty staff is lean due to the competition of much larger facilities within major cities of close proximity.

I was so pleased with my experience with Canient Search Partners (CSP). I was not interested in procuring a new position when Nathan first contacted me. He was able to share with me detailed information about the position and the hospital. I was given additional resources to assist me with locating additional information about this particular company.

Prior to any of the interviews, Nathan was able to give me a checklist and reminders of information that I wanted to convey and to gather. He also gave me verbal and written information about the names, positions, phone numbers, and email address of whom I was going to be interviewed by so that I could have correct pronunciations and information to prevent needless errors.
