What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect the information you provide: your name, company or current firm, email address, cell phone number, the role or title in question, your market, and any message you write. We do not collect payment information, and we do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.

How we use it

We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if there is a fit, to conduct the search or representation you asked about. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.

Candidate confidentiality

If you contact us as a candidate, we will not give your information to a hiring firm without your consent for that specific job. Not as an informal mention, and not to test the market. This applies from the first conversation onward and does not expire.

How it is stored

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored with our hosting provider, Netlify, and in Canient email. Access is limited to Canient personnel working on your inquiry. We keep inquiry records only as long as they are useful to an active or reasonably foreseeable engagement.

Third parties

This site is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf, and loads web fonts from Adobe Typekit. Neither is authorized to use your information for their own purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email nathan@canient.com and we will action the request. If you have asked us to stop contacting you, we will.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or analytics tracking. Netlify may set a functional cookie for form spam prevention.
